Hungry Max

Hungry Max’s story began in 1997 when Eric Yeghian opened a quick service restaurant called “Jacket”, serving mainly jacket potatoes and submarines. After ten years of experience and research, he reopened his restaurant as “Hungry Max” in the center of Nicosia giving it a new style and character. After two years of success, in August 2009, he opened a second “ Hungry Max” restaurant and he is now planning to go on with more over the next five years.

Hungry Max’s target is to serve healthy and quality food at affordable prices. Today, while the world is moving at a fast pace, people just need to eat and go but don’t want to settle for tasteless and unhealthy. Well, here’s the place where these two worlds come together. Authentic cooking is combined with value and real food is served quickly.
